Hello Everyone

Hello Wonderful Fitness Group!!

I just joined today and wanted to quickly post to see if this works :) PS I just got off the treadmill from a 30 minute run--nothing too crazy but I managed to motivate myself on.
I hope you are all doing well and I am looking forward to being a part of this fitness community.

looks like your post to the community worked! good stuff! :D

well done on the 30 minute run on the treadmill. are you adding hills and intervals? might help make a shorter run more worthwhile.
